Portfolio 2 - Tutorial 1


A Unity Scene

I used my barrel and penguin model from the last portfolio submission as well as a few models from the internet to create a scene that might feel somewhat familiar to some people.

I scaled up a default unity cube for the foreground models to stand on while I scaled up a plane and gave it a texture with some surface noise from one of the penguin's textures to quickly made it look somewhat like a red sea. I lit the scene with a free sky box I downloaded from the Unity Asset Store. The other models were simply rotated and placed in position once I'd set up their materials.
